WINK & TWINKLE BEAUTY understands the need to get your lashes immediately! This is why we ship every single working day! Our hours of operation are Sunday through Friday from 9AM-5PM Easter Standard Time Zone. We will do our best to get your lashes to you at your earliest convenience, but if your order has not reached you within 21 days of processing, please email winkandtwinklebeauty@gmail.com with subject line: ORDER NOT RECEIVED. Please include your order number and transaction ID number so we can expedite any issues! Standard delivery time is 7-21 business days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
